Terms of Service

By booking through Gurgaon Driver Club you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a professional driver to operate a vehicle you own or lawfully possess. We do not provide the vehicle. Fuel, tolls, parking and any statutory charges for the vehicle are the customer's responsibility.

Fare

Fares are time-based packages shown before you confirm. Additional hours, additional kilometres, night charges and, for outstation trips, the driver's food and stay are charged as listed at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Free until a driver is assigned. A cancellation fee applies once the driver is on the way, as shown in the app.

Conduct & liability

The driver may decline or end a duty if the customer is intoxicated, abusive, or asks for anything unlawful. Traffic violations or damage caused by the driver are recovered from the driver. Gurgaon Driver Club acts as an intermediary between the customer and the driver.
